Jonathan Tustain has worked in the field of immersive technologies since 2012 and now acts as a consultant for blue-chip and small companies who wish to implement an XR (VR, MR and AR) strategy, whether that be to increase productivity, engage with customers, or boost marketing campaigns. Jonathan co-developed the Freefly VR headset, which launched with singer Bjork at MoMA and John Lewis, and worked on multiple projects that fuse immersive technology with compelling content. Author of The Complete Guide to VR and 360° Photography, Jonathan is increasingly specialising in augmented reality due to its wide-ranging applications, for both commercial and charitable benefits, that will only range in scope with 5G and AI. As the world becomes increasingly connected, powered by social networks such as Facebook and Snapchat, Jonathan is looking forward to exploring how AR will enhance how we connect, work and play over the next several years.
