Gi is an engineer, social impact entrepreneur and investor, who founded Freeformers, a workforce technology and transformation company providing digital skills training to both corporates and young people, in 2012.

He previously built and sold Techlightenment to Experian Plc. and Peer to TweetDeck/Twitter, and has invested in a number of innovative startups such as Tech Will Save Us, BookingBug, Citymapper, Playmob, Big Health and CENTURY.

A thought-leader on the future of work, behavioural change and the impact of automation and AI on employment and society, he holds positions on various boards including Apps for Good and the Duke of York’s iDEA, and is an advisor to the Institute for the Future of Work and Institute for Ethical AI in Education.
