Increasing data speeds and availability of cloud infrastructure has seen smartphone penetration grow from 200 million to over 2 billion smartphones in 12 years. Now, with the demands of highly influential Millennial and Generation Z consumers, the growth in digital, mobile and social media use has sparked a striking shift in consumer behaviour globally.

Do current policies work for the modern consumer? How successful has policy been in protecting the consumer whilst ensuring market needs are met in real time? A new age of consumerism is emerging and this session will provide consumer insights to support the development of future policy frameworks.
