Omar Javid, The GM, CPO of Vonage will discuss their lessons learned over the last three years on their transformation to becoming a customer centric company and a Salesforce Platinum Partner through their acquisition of NewVoiceMedia. Omar will describe the "tearing up" of their traditional script and business model and their rapid transformation over the past 12 months. Vonage worked closely with and leveraged Salesforce as a key strategic partner in their journey of pivoting from their focused residential business model (B2C) to a new business model where they focus on the enterprise customer (B2B).
