Information
Applied Nanolayers grows high-quality graphene and transfers it to custom semiconductor wafers and this process scales to high volumes. Graphene is used to make extra-ordinary sensors. This can be ultra-sensitive biosensors at attomolar range, image sensors ranging from UV to FIR or large range magnetic sensors working at cryogenic temperatures. It is also applied on top of photonic waveguides to make ultra-fast modulators, switches and detectors to enable TB/s data in 5G/6G telecom infrastructure. Other 2D materials (hBN, MoS2, WS2, PtSe2 and other TMDCs) are also on our roadmap and we are obtaining customer requirements for these new materials.
