The role of the CEO, and perhaps more importantly, how they are judged, has changed dramatically over the past few years. Whilst naturally having a sound strategy for growth is fundamental, the concept of ethical leadership has become a critical element in the CEO’s (and CXO’s) toolkit. With customers looking at ethical standards, sustainable practices and a brand’s ethos as part of their purchasing decision, the CEO has had to become and embodiment of these traits, and a wrong step can cause great damage, both in sales and in reputation. This session will bring together top leaders from the digital industry to describe the ever changing role of the CEO, and how they see this change evolving over the coming years.
