Beth Horn

Speaker Bio

Beth Horn is Vice President, Europe at Pinterest, where she is responsible for the organization’s revenue and business partnerships throughout the region. She was previously Director of Sales at Spotify, and spent twelve years as Director & Head of Industry at Meta, both in the US and UK.

In 2025, Beth was featured in Performance Marketing World’s PowerList. She was also featured on the front cover of London Business Magazine the previous year. She was nominated as an 'Inspirational Role Model' at the 2024 Burberry British Diversity Awards, and was named one of the 10 Most Influential Leaders in RetailTech.

She is a Non-Executive Director of the home goods brand NiX by Nicola Harding, a former Board Director of The Fragrance Foundation UK, and a current Trustee of Crouch End Festival Chorus. As a choral singer, she has performed at Carnegie Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Wembley Arena, the Barbican, BBC Proms at Royal Albert Hall, and with Andrea Bocelli at the O2 Arena.

A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Beth is a proud dual citizen of the US and UK, and lives in north London with her golden retriever, Bridget.
