Lawyer of the Generalitat de Catalunya and with the professional skills acquired as General Director of Litigation Affairs in the Legal Cabinet of the Generalitat. Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona and Professor at the Graduate School of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
In his legal advice experience, Xavier Urios has participated in the elaboration of regulations related to new technologies and data protection. He has also collaborated in publications and research related to these matters.
