Tom is a data-driven Marketer with both agency and client side experience across a range of brands and sectors. His current role as Head of Audience Planning at The Guardian focuses on helping the organisation to be increasingly Audience led in the planning, execution, and measurement of Marketing activity. As part of his role he acts as the owner of The Guardian's campaign management tool and helps to ensure it is enabling the delivery of better experiences for Guardian readers, and greater supporter revenue for the business.
