Cheng Choon joined Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel) in 1991 and played a leading role in the network planning, delivery and operations of the mobile networks in Singapore and Australia (Optus). With experience accumulated since the days of analogy mobile networks, Cheng Choon has vast experience in managing the change as technology evolves. He has participated in several overseas projects and headed different engineering divisions within Singtel over different periods of time. Cheng Choon is now leading the network transformation and digitalisation of Singtel and is a member of the ORAN Alliance Board.
