As Corporate Executive Officer and Vice Head of Service Platform Business at Fujitsu, Shingo Mizuno is responsible for Fujitsu’s network business worldwide, including wireless and optical products, network solutions and integration services that are becoming increasingly complicated and require high levels of skills and expertise. He has also taken on the role of President & CEO of Fujitsu Network Communications, Inc on April 1st, 2022 to further drive business growth in the US and worldwide.

Mizuno joined Fujitsu in 1989 and has held number of leadership roles within the company, mostly in the wireless business group. Prior to assuming the Corporate Executive position, he was a Vice President and Head of Mobile Solutions Division, leading Fujitsu’s mobile core network solutions for service providers as well as enterprise customers, and integration business with strategic partners. Previously he was engaged in 3G mobile system development over 10 years in Evolium, a joint venture company of Fujitsu and Alcatel. He also has wide experience of mobile system’s standardization and global deployment such as Open Radio equipment Interface (ORI).

He currently serves as Director for IOWN Global Forum, also contributes to several important committees for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC),\u3000Photonics Electronics Technology Research Association (PETRA) and the ITU-Association of Japan.
