Rubén Blanco is a senior executive with more than 17 years of experience in strategy and management consulting, mainly in the telecommunications sector, where he has been working in digital transformation programs, sales and customer experience, new business models, operational & organizational transformation in companies from Europe, America and Asia
Formerly a member of R&D areas in top tech companies, he is actually a Partner in NTT DATA EMEAL, where he leads the Telecom & Media sector in Europe, helping Communications Providers and Media companies to define and implement their core transformations in the digital arena by applying cutting edge technologies (AR/VR, AI, Chatbots & Digital Channels, RPA) combined with lean & agile methodologies to boost their performance and create new sources of revenues
Rubén is also a professor at Instituto de Empresa, participating in programs like the Executive Master in Digital Transformation and Innovation Leadership
