Roger has over 20 years of brand strategy, advertising and media experience through companies such as Carat, Ymedia Vizeum, Wink TTD and iProspect at Dentsu. A thought leader in digital adverting and business outcome enablement strategies through communications and media, he is responsible for Dentsu operations in Barcelona office and Strategy Lead in Spain. Roger focuses on the “why” people and its relationship with technology in a more complex decision making process derives a greater opportunity for business and brands to grow in the digital economy. Roger has worked for many international brands transforming thought leadership into thought action; reviving tired brands and launching new ones; building energized teams and culture through people based insight generation. Roger has an active academic life out of the advertising industry as a digital advertising professor at ISDI, at Barcelona Technology School (BTS) and he is associated lecturer at ESADE in media and advertising. He is connected with the technology start-up ecosystem in Barcelona. He is member of the advisory board of institutions like the digital technology startup incubator hub Barcelona Tech City and at Adevinta Spain, one of the most trusted global online classifieds specialist.
