Riki Efraim-Lederman is the general manager of Amdocs ConnectX, which serves innovative communication contenders, lower-tier service providers, Digital Brands, Consumer Brands and MVNOs. She is responsible for expanding Amdocs' footprint and offering in this space.
Riki is a passionate, versatile, results-driven leader with vast international experience building and managing large-scale, global, multi-site, high-performance organisations. She is a business- and customer-focused executive who strongly emphasises customer experience outcomes, business realisation, financial results, and strategic directions.
Previously, Riki was CEO of Yumefi, a startup in innovative city operation system technology. Before this, she was division president at Sapians, managing the Life & Annuity and North America P&C divisions.
During an earlier stint at Amdocs, Riki held several executive roles, including general manager and head of the delivery competency centre, vice president and head of AT&T delivery, and several software engineering and development roles.
Riki graduated from Harvard Business School's executive leadership program and holds a B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel.
