Mr. Qiu Xuefeng is the president of Packet Core Network Domain. He is responsible for directing the global activities ranging from R&D, network design, deployment, to marketing and technical support of packet core product line..

Mr. Qiu Xuefeng graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China and joined Huawei in 2000. He has since been working in the packet core network field, and has a deep understanding and extensive experience of packet core networks and has performed in-depth research on 5G networks.

He served as the USN9810/CloudUSN (SGSN and MME) manager for the packet core network product line, the director of the Packet Core Network Product Management Department, NFV & 5G Core SDT manager.
