Speaker Bio
Philippe joined GSMA in 2012 and now leads the Operations of the different Mobile for Development programmes in collaboration with the wider GSMA organisation, GSMA members and partners. He also leads the GSMA Innovation Fund, providing funding and technical assistance to innovators in low and medium-income countries.
Prior to GSMA, Philippe worked 10 years in various project management roles within Orange France.
Philippe has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Warwick and a Master of Science from the University of Bristol.
