Speaker Bio

Oriol Fuertes is the Co-Founder and current CEO at Qida, where we work very hard to create the best home-care service in the world and return the deserved social status to the carers.
He worked for 10+ years in Healthcare at McKinsey & Co. Oriol has worked half his time with healthcare systems in UK, Spain, Switzerland, US and South East Asia and the other half with MedTech Companies, in both Cardiology and Medical Imaging. Over the years he has developed deep expertise in how health systems think, act and procure and how MedTech should adapt its strategy and commercial model in response.
In addition, he has also worked in the General Secretariat of Health of Generalitat de Catalunya.
Currently, he is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Integrated Care Program of Catalonia (‘PAISS’, the initials in catalan) and a member of Unió Catalana d'Hospitals.
