Nathan Rader is responsible for the technology and innovation around the Cloudification of both the Core and the Edge. He also actively engaged with the various Hyperscalers to determine the feasibility of their solutions within the Deutsche Telekom network.
Before joining Deutsche Telekom, he was head of the Telco vertical for Canonical the company behind Ubuntu. He focused on helping Telcos transform to software first telcos. He also has experience of bringing cloud and virtualization to the Tele2 Group as Head of Cloud and Data Center. He was also responsible for launching the first LTE network in the world with Telia in Sweden while he was working for Nokia.
Nathan Rader holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering (Astronautics track) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
