Senior Telecommunications Engineer and Master in Business Administration, executive with more than 23 years of experience in IT & Operations management leading operational transformation projects and launching new businesses in Consulting and Information Systems, Oil & Gas Services, and Banking and Insurance multinationals. She has dedicated the last 10 years to establish solid bridges between Start-Ups and Multinationals.  Throughout her professional career she has led multidisciplinary and multicultural teams of high experience in state-of-the-art technologies and entrepreneurial skills living and adopting the cultural richness of different countries in Europe, South America, North America, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, India, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates. She has been responsible for the Information Technology services of 4 Olympic Games, Pan American Games, and several World Championships and UN Summits. Montse, is an expert in information and communications technologies of the latest generation, in Open innovation methodologies and a regular contributor to social innovation programs, lecturer, associate professor at several Universities and Business Schools. President of the Quantum Blockchain Alliance, member of the Advisory Board of the "Observatori d'Ètica en Intel·ligència Artificial de Catalunya (OEIAC)", co-founder of the ELLIS Alicante Foundation, member of the Advisory Board of WStartupC, and of the Advisory Council of Comunity of Insurance, member of WeRock Capital and co-founder of the Covidwarriors Association, and member of organizing committees of of  R+D+I Congress.  After her position as Vice-President, she is currently the General Director of the Alastria Consortium, a non-profit association, founded in October 2017 and an international benchmark for its pioneering and innovative character, with more than 550 partners among which are large companies, small and medium-sized, academia and public administrations, promotes a new impulse in the digital economy through the development of decentralized registration technologies / Blockchain from an agnostic technological vision, the study and promotion of the appropriate legal-legal framework, technological convergence with the development in the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence for the creation or adaptation of business models in accordance with the 17 sustainable objectives of the United nations.
