Michelle Greenwald is CEO of Catalyzing Innovation a global innovation hub that helps companies create new products and services more strategically, systematically and creatively. She writes for Forbes CMO Network about marketing strategy and new technologies. She teaches Marketing at IESE, NYU Stern & Columbia University Graduate Schools of Business. Michelle is the author of the book, Catalyzing Innovation, a tool to help companies brainstorm new product and service design features and customer experiences.
