Michael Anderson is CEO of Canada-based Expeto, leading the company’s efforts to help large enterprises in industries like mining, utilities, automotive, agriculture and manufacturing simplify enterprise networking over private and public mobile networks. In this role, he works directly with MxOs, mission-critical enterprises and vendors to accelerate delivery of private wireless networks that solve complex connectivity challenges and achieve goals related to cost savings, operational efficiency, safety, green energy and beyond.

Prior to joining Expeto, he served as an advisor to Matrix Ovation Group, Group President, CEO and advisor to the board for Networked Energy Services Corporation, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Echelon. He also held leadership roles with Ericsson (via its acquisition of Telcordia Technologies), ADC and TeliSmart.

With more than 30 years of enterprise, mobile networking and industry sector expertise, Michael has demonstrated a proven ability to lead companies with a focused effort to identify customers, establish market position, exploit niche product and service opportunities, and drive new and sustainable revenues. He is a recognized a pioneer in the early IP, broadband communications and media markets, and helped start one of the world’s first competitive voice and data service providers that grew to become a market leader before being sold to Time Warner. He also founded a global leader in IP services which quickly grew to become a leading Internet economy brand.

Michael holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Washington College of Arts and Sciences and completed a fellowship at the Georgetown University Law Center.
