Speaker Bio

In June 2021, Liliia Malon was appointed as Commissioner of NCEC. She has more than 10 years of professional experience in the field of electronic communications, roaming, international cooperation, European integration and harmonization with the EU Digital Single Market in the field of electronic communications.

From 2020 until her appointment, she has been worked as deputy director for strategy and marketing at the Regional Development Agency and as the national expert on electronic communications and digitalization in EU technical assistance projects to Ukraine.

From July 2012 to September 2019, she worked at the National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization in the departments responsible for international cooperation and European integration, holding positions from leading specialist to head of the department, and then from October 2019 to June 2021, she was an advisor to the Chairman of the National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization.

Liliia Malon has a great practical experience in cooperation with European institutions, regional and international organizations, EU NRAs as well as in initiation and promoting of international initiatives and leading international platforms and thematic expert working group.
