Ms. Huang Lilian joined China Telecom in her early years, and has successively been appointed as the Director of Enterprise Information Department, the Deputy Managing Director of Cloud Computing Company, the Deputy Managing Director of Enterprise Information Department, and the Deputy Managing Director of Cloud Network Operation Department. She has been engaged in technical work for a long time and is the leading talent in cloud business field.
Ms. Huang is currently the Managing Director of 5G co-construction and sharing working party, as well as the senior expert of China Telecom.
