Jaume Masana Ribalta has a degree in Business and a Master in Business Administration from ESADE and a CEMS Master (Community of European Management Schools) from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi (Milano). He also performed an International Management Program at New York University.
He started working in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in Milano and then moved to Private Equity at Granville-Baird (London-Barcelona). He then joined Caixa Manresa as Deputy General Manager, and later he held the same position in Caixa d’Estalvis de Catalunya before becoming CEO of the merger of three saving banks at Catalunya Caixa.
In June 2013, he joined CaixaBank as Regional Manager of Catalonia, which includes the provinces of Girona, Tarragona, Lleida and the counties of Bages, Osona and Berguedà in the Barcelona province.
