Speaker Bio

James Theuerkauf is the CEO & Co-Founder of Syrup Tech. He is passionate about helping brands, retailers and manufacturers make optimal inventory decisions after witnessing the profitability, workflow and sustainability implications of excess inventory and stock-outs first-hand with dozens of consumer/retail enterprises at McKinsey & Co.
James holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he co-founded Syrup as part of the Harvard Innovation Labs in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University College London, where he focussed on econometrics and statistics. James is half-British, half-German, and grew up in Barcelona (Spain), but he currently calls New York his (and Syrup’s!) home.
