Imma founded LF Channel, a PR agency, in 1996 and has helped more than 500 companies to increase their visibility and market share through communication and marketing programs. She is currently, leading diversity, equity and inclusion programs, with the purpose of enabling companies as leaders of change for a more inclusive and socially responsible society. She is also EMEA DEI Chair for WorldcomPR Group.
The experience and continuous training has allowed her to position herself as a consultant and mentor for companies as well as a trainer in social networks for managers. In addition, she is an NLP Practioner and Executive Coach, and recently certified in Leadership in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
