Geraldo is an engineer with more than 18 years of experience working in the telecommunications sector, with extensive strategic, technical and regulatory expertise in broadband, convergence, mobile technologies, spectrum management and interference, television broadcasting, international telecommunications regulatory frameworks, the Internet of Things (IoT), and over-the-top (OTT) services. He also actively participates in ITU and regional organization meetings, representing companies at different study groups and committees on issues related to mobile services, spectrum, IoT, OTTs, and ICTs, holding different leadership roles in both organizations.
