Georgina Horton is the Head of Communications at Isansys Lifecare, a world leading digital healthcare company which has developed a ground-breaking wireless patient monitoring platform - the Patient Status Engine (PSE). With 20 years experience in communications and a background in journalism, Georgina oversees the company’s global marketing strategy, thought leadership positioning, campaigns and company-wide and external communications.
As well as planning and executing strategic global campaigns, Georgina works closely with healthcare providers to give them access to high-quality, real-time data enhancing the care and safety of patients and allowing faster detection of deterioration. This not only impacts the healthcare professionals and organisations themselves but has a direct impact on improving the healthcare journey for the patient, and ultimately saving lives.
Being on the inside of the rapid evolution of digital healthcare, Georgina understands the barriers to adoption, the regulatory landscape, and the need to drive innovation in healthcare forward.
