Elizabeth Tchoungui is the Executive Director of CSR, Diversity & Philanthropy & Deputy Chair at Orange. Elizabeth has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various positions in HR management and transformation, recruitment, and communication. Elizabeth has a strong track record in leading and managing teams as well as designing and implementing processes.
Elizabeth started their career in 2009 as an intern at Air France in the HR department. Elizabeth then joined Beijaflore in 2011 as an HR assistant before being promoted to head of recruitment and HR management for the IT department in 2013. In 2015, Elizabeth joined Orange Cyberdefense as the Human Resources Director. During their time at Orange, they were responsible for recruitment strategy, management of HR team, social relations, and project management of jobs and skills. Elizabeth was also instrumental in the transformation of Orange Cyberdefense as a Business Partner. In 2018, they were promoted to Head of Cyber and Security Jobline where they oversaw the recruitment of 100 persons per year.
Elizabeth is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Pantheon-Assas University.
Elizabeth Tchoungui has a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the Reims Management School / ESC Reims. Elizabeth also has a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the Sup de Co Reims.
They work with Paul de Leusse - Deputy CEO, Mobile Financial Services, Hugues Foulon - Executive Director of Strategy & Cybersecurity activities, and Béatrice Mandine - Executive Director of Communications, Engagement & Brand. Elizabeth Tchoungui reports to Christel Heydemann, CEO.
