Clare Bridget Dussman is Product Lead for Customer Engagement at United Airlines. Clare has worked in digital products for over a decade from multi-national corporates to seed stage startups at industry leading incubators. As a product lead, Clare owns and optimizes features for the long-term customer experience such as loyalty, in-flight games, and data security on both United.com and the United mobile app.
Prior to joining United, Clare worked in digital product consulting, social media advertising, and augmented reality shopping. Clare has a Bachelors of Journalism with a concentration in Interactive Strategic Communication from University of Missouri and a Masters of Business Administration from Cambridge University in the UK.
