Christel’s role is about delivering unforgettable experiences to consumers. To achieve this, she leads a team of international chefs who develop future Kraft Heinz gold standard product innovations, a team of consumer experience experts who ensure that those gold standards delight consumers, and a team of nutritionists focusing on the health and wellness compliance of these products. She has been active in the sensory and consumer field as well as in front-end innovation roles for more than 20 years at companies like Givaudan, Reckitt Benckiser, and Kraft Heinz.
