Chris Bauschka leads the global telecommunications, media and technology industry business at ServiceNow. In this role, he helps companies in these industries create a simple and engaging experience, drive operational efficiencies from the front office to network operations, and reduce the time to launch new services. His organization actively grows the ServiceNow industry business based on helping companies apply the Now platform and ServiceNow TMT capabilities to these industry use cases.
Prior to ServiceNow, Chris led telecommunications and media industry organizations and functions at Salesforce, Oracle and Siebel. Chris holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
