Speaker Bio
César has a grade in Computer Systems Engineering from UNPHU university (Dominican Republic). He holds an MSc and a PhD, both in Electrical Engineering with focus on Telecommunications, from The University of Texas at Arlington (Texas, US). After several positions in IT and Telecom industries both in the Dominican Republic and in the US, he joined Nokia US in 2003 and moved to Nokia in Latin America in 2005, where he has held several positions in the areas of wireless networks technology and sales.
As part of his current role, he works actively with CSPs and other Industry participants in understanding trends in the wireless market and promoting the adoption of 5G and other upcoming technologies related to wireless networks.
