Caroline is an Executive Coach and Behavioural Scientist focused on improving diversity, inclusion and psychological safety within tech businesses. She has extensive experience working with business leaders to tackle the structural and behavioural changes needed to drive lasting change. Prior to consulting, she led L&D and DEI initiatives in global organisations and deeply understands the challenges facing businesses to achieve diversity, equity and inclusion.
