Speaker Bio
Benoit Menardo studied engineering at Ecole Des Mines De Paris, and later at MIT. He has lived on 5 different continents and learnt 8 languages. After graduating, he worked for Bain & Company, and after three years he went back to study at INSEAD, where he decided to set up his first business with Rocket Internet.
In early 2020, together with Avinash Sukwhani, Menardo co-founded Payflow, which is today the leading salary-on-demand and flexible compensation company in the European Union and Latinamerica.
