Benjamin Ramirez Heller

He took on this role on 1 September 2022. Prior to this, he was the company’s Head of Culture, Change & Diversity. Previously, he held various positions at Volkswagen AG and at SEAT & CUPRA related to diversity, integrity, people diagnostics and communications. He has been part of the Volkswagen Group since 2010 and has great expertise in the automotive industry.

 

Benjamin Ramirez Heller holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Hildesheim, Germany, and a Master of Science in Industrial, Organisational and Personnel Psychology from the University of Barcelona, Spain. He has published several papers in the field of psychology and behavioural sciences.

 

As a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion, he has led several actions at SEAT & CUPRA to take the company to the next level and make it one of the most diverse and inclusive companies in the automotive industry. In addition, as Head of Culture, he coordinates actions to implement cultural change as a catalyst for the transformation the company and the automotive industry in general are undergoing. He also ensures that SEAT & CUPRA's new leaders and managers become champions of an inclusive, diverse and values-driven environment by instilling modern and people-centric development approaches.
