Mr. Liang served as Deputy General Manager of Beijing Branch of China Telecommunications Corporation (CTC); Deputy General Manager of Beijing Branch of China Telecom Corporation Limited, General Manager of CTC Henan Branch, General Manager of Corporate IT Department of CTC, and General Manager of Government and Enterprise Accounts Department of CTC.
