Speaker Bio
Amy Hanlon-Rodemich is Nokia’s Chief People Officer. Her remit spans all people-related topics from classic HR to Health and Safety, and Real Estate. She is an experienced HR executive who has helped some of Silicon Valley’s top brands scale and grow, such as Yahoo and VMware. Amy has a depth of experience in using technology to transform HR functions to deliver unique, personalized experiences to employees. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, and she earned her B.A. from Tufts University. She also sits on the Board of the Bay Area Executive Development Network (BAEDN) and the Exceptional Women Awardees Foundation.
