Speaker Bio
Adriana has more than 11 years of management experience and a strong academic and non academic background in business. During her professional life, Adriana has developed from start to finish several successful tech projects in Europe and the US within the food/feed sectors. Through her position as President at IPIFF (International Platform of Insects for Food and Feed), she works with the European Commission and EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) to develop the insect industry. Adriana holds a Bachelor Degree of Arts in Classical and Contemporary Music, Master of Music Degree and Executive Master in Agri-Food Business from ESMUC, Johns Hopkins University and IME Business School of Salamanca University.
