Abrhame Endrias has more than 10 years professional experience in agribusiness and enthusiastically promotes ‘one stop digital solution’ to smallholder farmers among which is a agritech platform known as ‘Lersha’. Lersha’ (????) is an Amharic word equivalent to the phrase 'for agriculture’ and represents the desire to fulfill the agricultural needs of smallholder farmers through innovation. The platform allow smallholder farmers to access farm inputs, mechanization service and agro climate advisory.
Abrhame and his team closely works with smallholder farmers in Ethiopia and very passionate about entrepreneurship, digital finance, climate change and last mile distribution.
Abrhame has MBA degree from Addis Ababa University and Business Leadership Certeficate from Purdue University.
