Mon, 27 Feb: 16:15 - 17:00 CET

MWC Stage C, Hall 6

Session Description

With Web 3.0 opening up a whole new dimension of interaction and experience, the consumers nowadays are being elevated to new roles as one and the only owner of digital assets, as co-creators with the ability to vote on the products’ feature of a brand, as consumer data center who ultimately own their own data and decide who will have the access to it. Meanwhile, as we enter the Web 3.0, we are also seeing brands are increasingly getting on board to find new ways to engage these new consumers, whether through NFT loyalty programmes, pay-to-earn model, or immersive metaverse experience.

In this session, we will discover how does the advent of Web 3.0 and metaverse influence the consumer experience, what are the fundamental shift and top trends in brands and consumers’ relationship empowered by Web 3.0 and how brands and marketers can leverage the trends and technologies to create new customer journeys, consumer engagement strategies and business models?
