Session Description

The Covid-19 pandemic led to profound shifts in the way consumers behave. Globally, brands have had to change the way they interact with customers as we adapt to the ‘new norm’ of purchasing from home. This session will address the buying patterns and decision-making criteria that have unfolded and forced whole consumer segments to shop differently. We will focus on successful use cases on actions that have been taken in order for businesses to survive and thrive.
