Session Description

The global pandemic has changed user behaviour both at home and in the workplace; whether through social-media usage, online purchases or even how we order food and purchase groceries. The gathering and combining of data from different sources is providing new business opportunities and use cases in areas such as Covid-19 monitoring and telematics. Using data to change or influence behaviours raises key ethical questions but as sophistication of data improves, this session will examine how Internet of Behaviour (IoB) can positively affect how companies interact with people.
