Building, Communicating & Delivering Your DE&I Values to Drive Recruitment & Retention in Turbulent Times

Hosted in partnership with Red Hat, the D4T Roundtable takes a closer look at solutions for diversity, and inclusion that contribute to the global industry’s drive for continued innovation and sustainable growth.  Join us in Barcelona, for this invite only D4T Roundtable, as we make the case for collaboration and commitment to D&I as a core component of strategy that impacts and scales change, enabling organisations and individuals to flourish in post-covid economic growth.  

Topic for 2023: DE&I Talent Strategies
To truly foster a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion inside an organization, it is important for leaders to begin by first educating themselves on what that actually means. To eliminate any systemic bias and outdated practices, executives and middle managers also need to be fully invested in making sure that every employee on their team feels comfortable being in their skin at work, has the ability to express themselves and is afforded the same opportunities to develop their skills and improve like everyone else. 
 
Two Part Interconnected Format

Split into Two Parts to Allow for Roundtable Attendees to choose to stay for either attend either Part 1 or Part 2 or both.  The agenda has been designed to have outcomes and actions for both sections and also to integrate the subject which dovetails across the afternoon.
