DIRECTV uses AWS analytics services to scale to millions of connected devices without code changes and fully control collected data, metrics definitions, and aggregation logic at lower operating cost. Learn how they are improving their user experience with custom dashboards that can visualize incidents in over 20 dimensions, the ability to run 1,700 simultaneous queries for business intelligence, and the capacity to locate outages within 10 seconds so that they can quickly restore service levels.
